The SGS 07327 is a solid carbide circuit board drill bit designed for precise, small-diameter drilling in printed circuit boards and similar high-precision applications. With a 1.15 mm (0.0453 inch) cutting diameter and a 130-degree four-facet point, it delivers clean entry and accurate hole placement with minimal walking. The uncoated solid carbide construction provides the rigidity and edge retention needed when drilling through abrasive or layered materials. At 38.10 mm (1.5 inches) overall length with a 1/8-inch (3.18 mm) shank, it fits standard PCB drilling spindles and compatible collet chucks used in production and repair environments.
This drill bit is suited for use in electronics manufacturing, PCB fabrication, and precision machining operations. The Series 105 designation and heavy-duty grade make it appropriate for both prototype and short-run production work.
