The SGS 07323 is a solid carbide circuit board drill bit designed for precision drilling in printed circuit board fabrication and related electronic assembly work. Built to wire gauge size 58, the bit cuts a 0.0420-inch (1.07 mm) diameter hole with a 130-degree four-facet point that promotes accurate entry and reduces walking on hard, thin substrates. The 1/8-inch shank diameter measures 0.1250 inches and fits standard PCB drilling chucks. With a regular spiral and 30-degree helix angle, the flute geometry clears chips efficiently across a wide range of workpiece materials. This bit is intended for use by machinists, PCB fabricators, and precision drilling technicians.

This bit is installed by machinists and PCB fabrication technicians using high-speed CNC or manual drill spindles rated for small-diameter carbide tooling. Ensure the spindle and chuck are clean and free of runout before seating the 1/8-inch shank to avoid micro-fractures in the carbide. Carbide bits are brittle - do not use in applications with significant lateral load or hand-feed drilling without appropriate feed-rate control. Inspect the cutting tip under magnification before each use and replace at first sign of chipping.
