It measures 0.0313 inches (1/32 inch) in diameter with a 1/8-inch shank diameter and an overall length of 1.5 inches. The 130-degree four-facet point geometry promotes accurate hole entry and reduces walking on hard, thin, or laminated substrates. The uncoated solid carbide construction provides rigidity and heat resistance at small diameters where high-speed steel bits would deflect or break. Two flutes with a 30-degree helix angle and a tapered web configuration support chip evacuation in deep, narrow bores. This bit is suited for use in CNC drilling machines, PCB drill presses, and precision benchtop equipment operated by electronics technicians, machinists, and trade professionals working with fine-pitch materials.
