The insert features a positive rake angle of 18 degrees, a 20-degree relief angle, and a honed cutting edge style. With four usable cutting edges and a corner radius of 0.0394 inches, it delivers consistent performance in finish and semi-finish milling operations. The E07 chip breaker geometry and bright uncoated surface suit applications where coating-induced edge buildup is a concern.
This insert is intended for milling non-ferrous metals as its primary workpiece material, with secondary suitability for cast iron, superalloys, and titanium. It fits the SECO R220.13-12 cutter series and is compatible with wedge-clamp insert holding systems.
