The SECO 74004538 is a replaceable chamfer milling tip designed for use with MM16 Minimaster series tooling systems. Manufactured from solid carbide with a PVD-applied TiAlN coating, this insert delivers wear resistance across a wide range of workpiece materials. It features a 90-degree included angle with a 45-degree chamfer angle, a 0.630-inch cutting diameter, and a maximum depth of cut of 0.296 inches (7.5 mm). The right-hand cut geometry and M06 chipbreaker are suited to productive, controlled material removal in production milling applications. Licensed machinists and CNC operators are the primary users.
