The SECO 17002951 is a single-end square end mill ground from micrograin solid carbide, designed for precision milling of aluminum and non-ferrous materials. It features a 5/32 inch (0.1562 inch) cutting diameter, a 1/2 inch length of cut, and a 3/16 inch straight shank. The 45-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation in softer, gummy materials where heat buildup and chip packing are common failure points. The bright/uncoated finish is standard for aluminum applications where coatings can cause material adhesion. This tool is installed by machinists in CNC machining centers and manual milling machines across aerospace, automotive, and general metalworking shops.

Installation Notes
