The SECO 03272905 is a solid carbide trigon milling insert carrying the ANSI/ISO designation XNEX040304TR-M08 in manufacturer grade MP1501. This double-sided, right-hand insert delivers six cutting edges per piece, extending tool life between index cycles. It is finished with a CVD-applied TiCN and Al2O3 Duratomic coating for thermal resistance and wear protection during milling operations. The insert measures 0.1575 inches in length, 0.2638 inches across the inscribed circle, and 0.1295 inches thick. Indexing and insert replacement should be performed by a qualified machinist or tooling technician with the machine spindle fully stopped and the machine locked out per applicable safety procedures.
