The insert features a CVD-applied multilayer coating of TiCN, Al2O3, and Cr, providing wear resistance and thermal stability across a wide range of cutting conditions. With a 0.6850-inch insert length, a 0.5000-inch inscribed circle, and a 0.0472-inch corner radius, this is an 80-degree trigon (W-shape) insert with a negative rake angle and a flat-top chip breaker geometry.
