The SECO 03007670 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill built for demanding material removal in steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, and titanium. It carries a 1-inch mill diameter with a 0.2500-inch corner radius, a 2-inch length of cut, and a 5-inch overall length. The six-flute, right-hand spiral geometry runs at a medium helix angle of 38 degrees and is finished with an AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride) PVD coating for heat resistance and extended tool life under aggressive cutting conditions. The micrograin carbide substrate supports both roughing and finishing operations in a single setup, making it a productive choice where tool changes need to be minimized.

This end mill is suited for CNC machining centers handling ferrous and exotic workpiece materials in job shop, aerospace, and general manufacturing environments. The centercutting design allows plunge entry, and the straight-cylindrical shank seats directly in standard toolholders. Installation Notes
