The SECO 02637880 is a solid carbide trigon milling insert in grade MS2500, designed for high-performance milling of superalloys, titanium, and steel. It carries a CVD-applied TiCN and Al2O3 coating over a medium-grain carbide substrate, providing wear resistance and thermal stability in demanding cutting conditions. The insert features a positive rake angle of 7 degrees, a T-Land cutting edge style, and a 12-degree relief angle. With 3 cutting edges and a neutral hand orientation, it suits a range of milling setups.
