The SECO 02616005 is a CNMG 432-MF5 indexable turning insert manufactured from solid carbide with a multilayer PVD TiAlN and TiN coating and TS2500 grade designation. It features an 80-degree diamond (rhombic) insert shape, a 0.5 inch inscribed circle, and a 0.0315 inch corner radius. The MF5 chip breaker geometry is engineered for finishing and medium machining operations. With 4 cutting edges and a negative rake, this insert delivers consistent performance when turning superalloys, titanium, steel, stainless steel, and cast iron.
