The SECO 02505952 is a solid carbide triangular milling insert in the TPUN-16 series, designed for high-performance metal removal in professional machining environments. It carries a dual-layer TiAlN and TiN PVD coating applied over a fine grain carbide substrate in manufacturer grade F40M, providing wear resistance across demanding cutting conditions. The insert features a neutral rake, T-Land cutting edge style, and a 0.0315 inch corner radius. With 3 usable cutting edges and a maximum depth of cut of 0.5315 inches, it is suited for intermittent and continuous milling passes on a variety of workpiece materials. Installation and tool setup is performed by qualified machinists and CNC operators.
