The SECO 00039913 is a solid carbide milling insert carrying the ANSI and ISO designation XOEX180604FR-E10. It belongs to the XOEX-18 series and is manufactured in an H25 micrograin carbide grade with a bright, uncoated finish. The insert is parallelogram-shaped, right-hand cut, and features a positive rake geometry with two sharp cutting edges. A 15-degree relief angle and a 29-degree rake angle work together to reduce cutting forces and promote clean chip formation in demanding milling applications. The E10 chip breaker geometry is matched to light, efficient cutting rather than heavy stock removal.
This insert is intended for milling non-ferrous metals as its primary application, with superalloys and titanium as the secondary workpiece material.
