The SECO 00022094 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling of non-ferrous metals. It features a 3 mm cutting diameter, a 0.1 mm corner radius, and a 4 mm length of cut. The HEMI coating improves surface lubricity and tool life in aluminum, copper, brass, and similar materials. With two flutes and a right-hand spiral geometry at a medium helix angle, this end mill provides efficient chip evacuation and clean finishes on softer workpiece materials. It is center-cutting, allowing plunge entry, and is rated for roughing material removal applications.
