The SECO 00019476 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance milling in hard materials. It features a 5 mm diameter, a 0.5 mm corner radius, and 4 right-hand spiral flutes with a medium helix angle. The cutting zone measures 6 mm in length of cut, and the overall length is 50 mm. A MEGA-64 coating provides wear resistance and thermal stability during aggressive material removal operations. The extended reach design and reduced neck diameter of 4.60 mm allow access to deeper features while maintaining rigidity. This end mill is configured for roughing operations in hard workpiece materials, classified under material application code H.
