The Schier GB2 is a grease interceptor designed for effective removal of fats, oils, and grease in various plumbing applications. This model features a flow rate of thirty-five to fifty gallons per minute and accommodates a connection size of three by four inches. It is suitable for indoor use and can be installed on the floor, buried, or placed under sinks.
