The SCHAEFER BRUSH 09747-12 is a power fitting and cleaning brush designed for use with a drill or rotary tool to clean and deburr refrigeration fittings and tube ends. It features a 5/8 inch inside diameter bore and a 13/16 inch actual brush diameter, with stainless steel bristles that hold up to repeated use on copper, brass, and refrigeration-grade tubing. The hex shaft stem and 1/4 inch shank diameter make it compatible with standard power drill chucks and quick-change hex bit holders. At 3-1/8 inches in overall length, it reaches inside fittings and short coupling sockets without obstruction.

This brush is used by HVAC and refrigeration technicians to prepare 3/4 inch refrigeration outside diameter fittings and tube ends before brazing or soldering.
