The SANDVIK COROMANT 8036789 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill from the CoroMill Dura series, designed for high-performance milling in demanding machining environments. It features a 3/8-inch diameter with a 0.03-inch corner radius and five flutes, delivering smooth cutting action and improved surface finish on hardened or abrasive workpiece materials. The AlTiN coating provides excellent heat and oxidation resistance, extending tool life in high-speed and dry cutting applications. Centercutting capability allows plunge milling in addition to standard peripheral and slot milling operations.
