The SANDVIK COROMANT 8036771 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill from the CoroMill Dura series, designed for high-performance milling of hardened and difficult-to-machine materials. With a 0.25 inch mill diameter, a 1.25 inch length of cut, and a 0.03 inch corner radius, this tool produces precise features while reducing corner chipping and extending tool life. The AlTiN coating provides elevated heat resistance and wear protection during demanding cutting operations. The 5-flute geometry with variable helix and variable index improves chip evacuation and dampens vibration.
