Designated VNMG332-SF in the T-Max P series, this insert features a trigon (V-shape) geometry with a 35-degree included angle and a neutral hand orientation. The 3/8 inch inscribed circle and 0.0313 inch corner radius suit medium to finish turning passes. A CVD-applied multilayer coating of Al2O3, TiCN, and TiN provides wear resistance and thermal protection at the cutting edge. Manufacturer grade S205 targets difficult-to-machine materials classified under ISO material group S, including heat-resistant superalloys and titanium alloys.
