The SANDVIK COROMANT 7861097 is a TNMG322-QM grade 4425 solid carbide turning insert designed for external and internal turning operations on CNC lathes and turning centers. The CVD-applied multilayer coating — Al2O3, TiCN, and TiN — delivers thermal resistance and wear protection across a broad range of cutting conditions. The QM chip breaker geometry is engineered to control chip flow during medium to rough turning passes. Installation Notes
