It carries a 3.50mm (0.1378 inch) mill diameter, a 6mm corner radius, and a 7.23mm length of cut. Four spiral flutes deliver efficient chip evacuation in demanding cutting conditions. Installation requires a compatible CoroMill 316 modular connection. This head is installed by CNC machinists and toolroom professionals working with milling machines and machining centers.

The 7611647 is suited for finish milling and profiling operations in ferrous and hardened materials where corner geometry control is critical. The AlTiN coating performs well in dry or near-dry cutting environments at elevated temperatures.
