The SANDVIK COROMANT 7564360 is a solid carbide milling insert in the R390 series, designed for face and shoulder milling operations in demanding production environments. It carries a CVD-applied multilayer coating of TiCN, Al2O3, and TiN under manufacturer grade 4340, providing wear resistance and thermal stability across a broad range of cutting conditions. The insert measures 3.59 mm thick and 6.80 mm wide, with a 0.20 mm corner radius and a positive rake angle of 25 degrees. Two cutting edges are available per insert. Insert holding is by screw, and the cutting edge style is corner rounded.

This insert is suited for milling steel, stainless steel, and cast iron, covering material application codes P, M, and K.
