The SANDVIK COROMANT 7101045 is a solid carbide milling insert in the R331.1A series, designed for shoulder milling and square-shoulder face milling operations. It carries an AlTiCrN coating applied via PVD process, which supports extended tool life across a range of workpiece materials. The insert measures 9.50 mm (0.3740 inches) wide and 4.45 mm (0.1752 inches) thick, with a corner radius of 0.0598 inches and a maximum depth of cut of 0.2244 inches. With two cutting edges and a positive rake geometry, this insert is installed by machinists and tool-room technicians in CNC and manual milling setups.

Installation Notes
