The SANDVIK COROMANT 5755886 is a solid carbide turning insert in the CoroTurn 107 series, designed for external turning and profiling operations on CNC lathes. Carrying the VCEX2203R-F 1125 designation, it features a 35-degree diamond shape (V insert shape code) with a right-hand cutting orientation and a 0.1 mm (0.0039 inch) corner radius. The insert is PVD-coated with a TiAlN and AlCr2O3 multilayer coating in grade 1125, providing wear resistance and thermal stability during interrupted and continuous cuts.
