Built to the R151.2 insert style with a 3.00 mm cutting width (0.1181 inches), it features a 4E chipbreaker geometry and a 5-degree right-hand lead angle. The insert carries grade 4225, which uses an MTCVD-applied TiCN/Al2O3/TiN coating for heat resistance and edge durability during interrupted or continuous cutoff passes. A 7-degree relief angle and a 0.30 mm corner radius round out the geometry. This insert is installed by machinists and CNC lathe operators working in production turning environments.

Installation Notes
