It carries the ISO code N123J205000008TMH13A and belongs to the CoroCut 1-2 series, which uses a dual-edge insert clamping system engineered for stability and repeatability in grooving applications. The uncoated H13A carbide grade provides high hardness and edge retention, making it suited for finishing cuts in steel, stainless steel, and similar materials. This insert is installed and replaced by a machinist or CNC tooling technician. Power down and lock out the turning center before seating or removing the insert. Inspect the toolholder seat for chips or debris before installing a new insert, as contamination can affect seating accuracy and edge geometry.
