The SAIT 23101 is a Type 01/41 aluminum oxide cutoff wheel designed for fast, controlled cutting on steel. At 4.5 inches in diameter and 0.045 inches thick, this reinforced resinoid-bonded wheel delivers a narrow kerf and clean cuts on structural steel, pipe, angle iron, and sheet metal. It is rated to a maximum of 13,300 RPM and carries a 60-grit specification, balancing aggressive stock removal with reasonable wheel life. The 7/8-inch arbor hole fits standard angle grinder spindles. It is installed and used by metal fabricators, pipefitters, ironworkers, and general tradespeople who rely on angle grinders for daily cutting tasks.
