The SAIT 23065 is a Type 01/41 aluminum oxide cut-off wheel designed for aggressive cutting on steel and stainless steel. At 4 inches in diameter and 1/16 inches thick, it delivers fast, clean cuts with minimal material loss. The wheel runs at a maximum of 19,000 RPM and is reinforced with a resinoid bond for added strength under load. A 3/8 inches arbor hole fits standard die grinder spindles. With a 36-grit rating and hardness code T, this wheel is built for production-pace cutting in fabrication and maintenance environments. It carries the A36T specification designation.
This wheel is intended for use with die grinders on steel and stainless steel workpieces. The 4 inches diameter and 1/16 inches thickness make it suited for tight-access cuts, pipe notching, bolt removal, and general fabrication work where a full-size angle grinder will not fit. Its reinforced construction resists shattering at high RPM, making it appropriate for sustained use in metal fabrication shops, mechanical rooms, and field service settings.
Designed for use with die grinders. Rated for cutting steel and stainless steel. Fits spindles with a 3/8 inches arbor.
Installation and wheel changes must be performed by a qualified operator with the tool fully powered down and disconnected from the air or power supply. Inspect the wheel for cracks or damage before mounting and never operate above the rated 19,000 RPM. Follow ANSI B7.1 safety requirements for abrasive wheel use, including the use of appropriate eye protection and guarding. Do not use cutting wheels for grinding or side-loading.
