Saftron SB-3-B is a 3 in surface mounting base designed to secure 1.90 in outside diameter pool and spa ladder and rail tubing. Constructed from high-impact polymer, the SB-3-B has a 1.93 in inner diameter and 3 in outer diameter/height, resists pool chemicals, salt, and sun, and remains cooler to the touch. The unit surface-mounts to a firm foundation and includes mounting hardware; no grounding or bonding is required when used with a Saftron rail.
