The S1B-JM-17 is a 5-inch random orbit sander designed for material removal, surface prep, and finish sanding across wood, metal, and composite surfaces. Running at up to 13000 OPM with a 2.5-amp motor, it delivers consistent orbital action through a 1/16-inch oscillation diameter. The 5-inch sanding base accepts standard hook-and-loop discs. An active dust suction system captures debris at the pad, keeping the work surface visible and reducing airborne particulate. A 6-foot power cable with a UL-listed plug provides job-site-ready compliance. The unit ships with three abrasive discs in 60, 80, and 120 grit, plus a dust collection bag, making it ready to run out of the box.
