The RWC UR23036 is a lead-free DZR brass angle stop valve designed for residential and light commercial plumbing shutoff applications. It features a 1/2 inch push-to-connect inlet and a 3/8 inch compression outlet, allowing fast tool-free connection on the supply side while maintaining a standard compression fitting for fixture supply lines. Rated to 125 psi, the valve provides reliable shutoff at the point of use without soldering. Licensed plumbers and experienced plumbing technicians are the typical installers for this type of fitting.
This angle stop is suited for under-sink installations connecting water supply lines to faucets, toilets, dishwashers, and similar fixtures. The push-to-connect end accepts copper, CPVC, and PEX tubing, making it versatile across common residential rough-in materials. The 3/8 inch compression outlet is the standard size for most fixture supply lines in residential construction and remodel work.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation angle stop valve for residential plumbing shutoff applications where a 1/2 inch push-to-connect supply connection and 3/8 inch compression fixture outlet are required.
Shut off the main water supply and relieve line pressure before installation. The push-to-connect end is compatible with copper, CPVC, and PEX tubing — ensure the pipe end is cut square, deburred, and fully inserted to the depth mark before pressurizing. Tighten the 3/8 inch compression nut to snug plus a quarter turn; do not overtighten. Installation must comply with applicable local plumbing codes and IPC standards.
