The RWC U3016LF is a 3/4-inch nominal slip coupling with a push-fit end style, constructed from brass. Slip couplings are used to repair damaged sections of pipe without cutting out a fixed-length segment — the fitting slides along the pipe to allow insertion, then locks in place. This type of fitting is installed by licensed plumbers and experienced pipe mechanics in both residential and light commercial applications. The push-fit connection requires no solder, clamps, or adhesives, making it a practical choice for in-wall or confined-space repairs.
This slip coupling is suited for repair work on 3/4-inch pipe runs in potable water systems. Its push-fit design speeds up the repair process in situations where access is limited and torch work is not practical or permitted. The brass body provides durability in wet service environments. This fitting is appropriate for use in residential water distribution systems and similar plumbing applications where a full-flow, in-line coupling is required.
Designed as an OEM-style push-fit slip coupling for 3/4-inch nominal pipe in residential and light commercial potable water plumbing systems.
Installation is performed by a licensed plumber. Shut off the water supply and relieve system pressure before beginning any pipe repair. Pipe ends must be cut cleanly and squarely and deburred before insertion into the push-fit fitting. Verify that the fitting and pipe material combination is approved under applicable local plumbing codes before installation.
