The RWC U066LFA is a SharkBite push-to-connect reducing female adapter that joins a 1/4-inch nominal (3/8-inch OD) push-fit connection to a 1/2-inch female NPT threaded port. Constructed from one-piece DZR brass, it requires no solder, glue, unions, or special tools for installation. The fitting is rated for 200 degrees F and 200 psi, making it suitable for a wide range of residential and light commercial plumbing applications. Licensed plumbers and experienced service techs install this fitting when a quick, reliable transition between push-fit tubing and a threaded female port is needed without heat or adhesives.

This adapter is suited for residential and light commercial potable water systems. It is compatible with copper, PEX, and CPVC tubing. The push-to-connect mechanism allows fast connections in tight spaces, including locations behind drywall or in buried applications where access is limited. Installation Notes
