The RWC RM22724 is a 24-port PEX barb manifold designed for residential and light commercial plumbing distribution systems. It features two inlet ports with 3/4-inch female thread swivel connectors for hot and cold water supply lines, and 24 total outlet ports — 12 half-inch barb fitting ports for cold water and 12 half-inch barb fitting ports for hot water. Each outlet port is equipped with an individual brass ball shutoff valve, allowing zone isolation without shutting down the full system. Rated to 100 psi maximum working pressure and 180 degrees F maximum working temperature, this manifold is built for reliable PEX distribution service.
This manifold is suited for PEX-based home run distribution systems in residential and light commercial construction or retrofit applications. It centralizes water supply control into a single accessible location, which simplifies balancing, service, and future modifications. The dual-inlet design supports a dedicated hot and cold supply feed, making it a standard choice for radiant floor heating, domestic hot and cold water distribution, and similar manifold-based plumbing layouts.
Designed for use with half-inch PEX tubing in home run distribution systems requiring individual zone shutoff control for both hot and cold water circuits.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with local plumbing codes and IPC requirements. Shut off the main water supply and depressurize the system before connecting or disconnecting any fittings. Secure the manifold to a wall or framing surface in an accessible location to allow easy operation of the individual ball shutoff valves. Verify all barb connections are properly secured with approved PEX clamps or crimp rings before restoring system pressure.
