The RUST-OLEUM 291070 is a fiber-reinforced, pourable concrete patching compound designed to repair large holes, spalls, and voids in concrete surfaces. Sold as a 55-pound kit, it mixes with water and pours directly into damaged areas, self-leveling to restore a flat, workable surface. A single application can fill depths up to 4 inches, making it well-suited for substantial structural repairs rather than surface-only cosmetic work. Licensed contractors, flooring mechanics, and facility maintenance crews rely on this compound when downtime must be minimized. Foot traffic is possible within 30 minutes of application, and vehicle traffic can resume in as little as 2 hours.
This compound is appropriate for both interior and exterior concrete repair on floors, slabs, driveways, warehouse decks, loading docks, and similar horizontal surfaces. It performs in cold-weather conditions, setting at temperatures down to 40 degrees F, which extends the usable installation season. The gray finish blends with standard concrete coloration. The 55-pound kit size is intended for larger repair volumes where multiple bags of smaller repair products would otherwise be required.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement compound for horizontal concrete surface repairs including floors, slabs, and paved surfaces where pourable, self-leveling patching material is required.
Installation is typically performed by licensed concrete contractors, flooring mechanics, or experienced maintenance technicians. Before mixing, clear the repair area of loose debris, dust, and standing water. Follow applicable local building codes and product mixing ratios precisely — over-watering weakens the cured strength. Do not apply to vertical surfaces, overhead areas, or surfaces where hydrostatic pressure is present without evaluating product suitability for those conditions.
