The RUST-OLEUM 2391300 is a flat white, water-based traffic zone striping paint formulated for high-volume marking applications on concrete, gravel, and asphalt pavement. Packaged in a 5-gallon container, it delivers up to 450 linear feet per gallon when applied as a 4-inch stripe, making it practical for large commercial projects. The coating is weather-resistant and dries in approximately 30 minutes, minimizing downtime on active lots or facilities. Painting contractors, facility maintenance crews, and pavement striping professionals use this product for high-production line marking work.
This paint is suited for commercial and institutional striping applications including parking lots, stadiums, athletic fields, curbs, and similar paved or aggregate surfaces. It is compatible with bulk-spray striping machines and can also be applied by brush or roller for smaller or detail work. The 5-gallon size is intended for large-scale jobs where efficiency and volume matter. The formulation is VOC compliant nationwide, meeting applicable air-quality regulations across all U.S. markets.
Designed for use on concrete, gravel, and asphalt pavement surfaces; suitable for bulk-spray striping machines as well as brush and roller application.
Surface must be clean, dry, and free of oils, loose material, or previous coatings that may inhibit adhesion before application. When using a bulk-spray striping machine, follow the equipment manufacturer's guidelines for tip size and pressure settings. Allow full cure before opening the marked area to vehicle or foot traffic. Consult local and state VOC regulations and job-site safety requirements prior to application.
