Installation must be performed by a licensed HVAC technician familiar with R-454B refrigerant handling and EPA Section 608 requirements. Disconnect and lock out all electrical power to the system before beginning installation or service. Refrigerant line connections at the indoor coil are braze-type with a 3/8-inch liquid line and 7/8-inch gas line; follow standard brazing procedures and leak-check all joints before evacuation and charge. Verify unit orientation and confirm condensate drain connections are properly trapped for the selected installation position before startup.
