The ROTOR CLIP E-50SS B100 is an external E style retaining ring designed to seat in a machined groove on a 1/2 inch shaft and resist axial displacement of mounted components. Manufactured from 15-7 stainless steel (Grade 632) to AMS-5529 and UNS S15700 standards, the ring delivers strong corrosion resistance and maintains its spring force across a wide temperature range. A three-prong design allows the ring to snap into the groove without specialized pliers in many applications.
