The ROTOR CLIP DSH-38ST PD is a DIN 471 external retaining ring designed for use on shafts with a 38 mm shaft diameter and a 36 mm groove diameter. Manufactured from spring steel meeting DIN 17221 and DIN 17223 material grades and finished with a phosphate coating, this ring seats into a precisely machined shaft groove to axially retain components such as bearings, gears, and collars. Ring thickness measures 1.75 mm with a tolerance of -0.06 mm, and groove width is 1.85 mm. The phosphate finish provides a base level of corrosion resistance suitable for general mechanical and industrial assemblies.
