The ROTOR CLIP DHO-18ST PDB100 is a metric internal snap retaining ring designed for 18mm bore applications. Made from 1060/1090 spring steel with a phosphate finish, this ring seats into a machined internal groove to retain shafts, pins, or assemblies against axial movement. Ring thickness is 1mm, free outside diameter measures 19.5mm, groove width is 1.1mm, and groove depth is 0.5mm. Hardness is rated Rockwell 30N 66 to 72. The phosphate finish provides baseline corrosion resistance and lubricity for assembly. This ring is used by machinists, maintenance technicians, and mechanical assembly professionals across a wide range of industrial and mechanical applications.
This internal retaining ring is suited for use in bores with a nominal size of 19mm. Typical applications include gearboxes, motors, pumps, hydraulic cylinders, and general mechanical assemblies where a reliable, low-profile axial retention solution is required. The ring is installed into a precision-machined internal groove and is removed and installed using standard snap ring pliers.
