The ROMAC 248-06 RomaGrip restraining gland is used for the restraint of mechanical joint ductile iron pipe, valves, fittings, and fire hydrants in water transmission and fire protection lines. It may also be used on IPS sizes steel pipe with MJ by IPS transition gasket.

• Replaces costly concrete thrust blocks, corrodible steel tie rods and clamps
• Includes gasket, (6) 3/4 x 4 in standard T-bolts and nuts, ductile iron gland
• Shop coat applied to the casting for corrosion protection in transit
