The ROBBJACK TS-401-04 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in metal, composite, and engineered material applications. Built to Series TS-401 Tuffy material grade specifications, it features a 1/8-inch cutting diameter, a 1/4-inch length of cut, and a stub-length overall length of 1.5 inches. The four-flute spiral geometry delivers efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes at higher feed rates. Right-hand cut and right-hand flute orientation are standard. This tool is installed and operated by machinists and CNC programmers in production and job-shop environments.

This end mill is suited for light profiling, slotting, and finish milling passes in tight-clearance or small-feature applications where a stub-length tool reduces deflection. The 1/8-inch straight cylindrical shank fits standard collet systems. The centercutting design allows plunge entry without a pre-drilled pilot. Installation Notes
