The ROBBJACK ST-630-16-T is a solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding machining environments. Built to the ST-630 Super Tuffy series standard, this tool features 6 spiral flutes with a 30-degree helix angle and a TiN (Titanium Nitride) finish that extends cutting tool life. With a 0.5 inch cutting diameter, 1 inch length of cut, and 3 inch overall length, it handles slotting, profiling, and side milling operations in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. It is a centercutting design, allowing plunge entry without a pre-drilled hole. Installed and operated by machinists and CNC tool-room technicians.

The ST-630-16-T fits standard 0.5 inch straight-cylindrical shank toolholders, including ER collets, end mill holders, and shrink-fit chucks.
