Rixson 117-3/4 626 is a center hung pivot set for commercial doors that includes a top pivot, bottom load-bearing pivot and mounting screws. The handed assembly mounts on the centerline of the frame to provide balanced swing for interior and exterior heavy-duty use. Constructed of steel, the pivot set meets ANSI/BHMA A156.4 Grade 1, is ADA compliant, and is rated for doors up to 600 lb.
