SBS42/P500 is a Size 42 dome head, open end blind rivet designed for general fastening applications across metal fabrication, HVAC ductwork, electrical enclosures, and light structural assembly. The body and mandrel are both steel, with a phosphate finish on the mandrel for corrosion resistance during installation. This rivet accepts a grip range of 0.063 inches to 0.125 inches and installs into holes measuring 0.129 inches to 0.133 inches in diameter. The dome head measures 0.25 inches in diameter with a length under head of 0.275 inches and a body diameter of 0.125 inches. This package contains 500 rivets and carries an MOQ of 1. Installation Notes
