The RIVETKING. FBF44/P100 is a size 44 open end blind rivet with a dome head, designed for permanent fastening in applications where only one side of the material is accessible. The body and mandrel are both 18-8 stainless steel, providing corrosion resistance suitable for outdoor, marine, and food-service adjacent environments. With a body diameter of 0.125 inches and a grip range of 0.188 to 0.25 inches, this rivet is well-suited for joining thin material stacks. Tensile strength is rated at 530 pounds and shear strength at 420 pounds. Installation requires a standard blind rivet pull tool sized for a No. 30 wire gauge drill hole. This pack contains 100 rivets.
The FBF44/P100 is used across a range of trade and light industrial applications including HVAC duct fabrication, sheet metal work, electrical enclosure assembly, and plumbing panel brackets. The stainless steel construction makes it appropriate for installations exposed to moisture, mild chemicals, or temperature cycling. Installers working on residential and light commercial mechanical systems will find this rivet suitable for thin-gauge steel, aluminum, and similar substrates where a dome head profile is acceptable.
Designed for use in any application requiring a size 44 open end blind rivet with a 0.125 inch body diameter. Requires a hole diameter of 0.129 to 0.133 inches, drilled with a No. 30 wire gauge drill bit, and a pull-type rivet installation tool sized for 0.125 inch body rivets.
Installation is performed by sheet metal workers, HVAC technicians, electricians, and general mechanical contractors using a standard hand or pneumatic blind rivet tool. Drill the hole to the specified diameter range before inserting the rivet body. Power down any electrical enclosure or system before fastening near live components. Do not over-pull the mandrel stem, as this can compromise the set head and reduce joint strength.
