The RIVETKING ACA44/P100 is an open-end blind rivet with a countersunk head, designed for flush-surface fastening in sheet metal, aluminum panel, and light structural assembly work. The body and mandrel are both aluminum, making this rivet suitable for corrosion-sensitive applications where galvanic compatibility matters. The body diameter is 0.125 inches (1/8 inch), and the grip range spans 0.1875 inches (3/16 inch) minimum to 0.25 inches (1/4 inch) maximum. This package contains 100 rivets. Installation requires a standard hand or pneumatic rivet tool and is common across sheet metal, HVAC ductwork fabrication, and light manufacturing trades.
This rivet is used in applications where a flush or low-profile finished surface is required, such as aluminum cladding, HVAC duct panels, equipment enclosures, and light-gauge sheet metal assemblies. The countersunk head sits flush with the workpiece surface after installation, eliminating protrusions that could interfere with mating parts or panel aesthetics. The aluminum construction keeps weight low and resists oxidation in exposed or damp environments. Technicians in HVAC fabrication, electrical enclosure work, and general sheet metal trades will find this a standard-stocking rivet for everyday blind fastening tasks.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and standard-stocking blind rivet for use with 1/8-inch rivet tools across light-gauge aluminum and sheet metal assemblies requiring a countersunk head profile.
Installation is performed by a sheet metal technician or qualified tradesperson using a hand-pull or pneumatic blind rivet tool fitted with a 1/8-inch nosepiece. Drill or punch the hole to the correct diameter for a 1/8-inch body rivet before installation. Ensure the material stack falls within the 3/16-inch to 1/4-inch grip range for a proper set. Do not reuse a rivet once the mandrel has been pulled and broken.
