The RIVETKING ABSM4.8X18PL100 is a peel blind rivet designed for applications that require a wide, distributed clamping footprint on the blind side of the joint. The aluminum body splits into petals upon installation, spreading outward to grip soft, fragile, or oversized-hole materials without pulling through. The steel mandrel provides the driving force before breaking off at the set point. With a 3/16-inch body diameter, a dome head 3/8 inches in diameter, and a grip range of 0.188 to 0.512 inches, this rivet handles a substantial range of material stack thicknesses. Tensile strength is rated at 353 pounds and shear strength at 405 pounds. This package contains 100 rivets.
