The aluminum body pairs with a phosphate-finished steel mandrel for corrosion resistance on the body with reliable mandrel break performance. At size 41, the rivet features a 1/8-inch body diameter, a 1/4-inch dome head, and a grip range of 0.020 to 0.063 inches, making it suited for thin-material fastening applications.
